Attendance:  Vernette Karnes , Jeff Gindy , Ed Smith, Kurt Karnes, John Hall, Mark Goldfain , William Smierciak, Kim Butterfield, Sarah Powers, Mike Patterson , Bob Laskey, and Greg Mattson

Visitors: None

Ed called the meeting to order at 6:21

Ed questioned if there were any corrections to the meeting. John motioned to accept the minutes.  Mark seconded.  Passed.

Officer Reports:

A.   President- Ed advised that Michelle Hoskins worked an entire Saturday for registration.  She will be refunded 3 volunteer fees.  Jamie Shear has 2 refunds needed.

Ed appointed Chris Deschand as the assistant to building coordinator.

B.     Vice President- Nothing to report.

C.    Secretary- Nothing to report.

D.   Treasurer- Nothing to report.

E.   Parent Representative- Nothing to report.

Committee Reports:

A.   Fields and Grounds- Greg will get quotes for fertilizer that have matching services.  Gravel will cost $200.00 for 20 tons and will be delivered.  John motioned to accept the bid, Bob amended to have up to 100 tons delivered as needed, Kurt seconded.  Passed.

B.   Sponsors- Nothing to report.

C.   Fundraising- Vernette will send letter thanking Village of Bourbonnais.

D.   Concessions- Nothing to report.

E.   Equipment- Bill needs sizes for new board members to order board member shirts.

F.   Coaching- Nothing to report.

G.  Schedules- Nothing to report.

H.   Pictures-  Nothing to report.

I.     Building-  Ed will check on sewer pump issue and see if new pump should be installed.  There is a bill from Rapp Electric for work done on building for $550.41.

Brent is checking on demand meter.

J.     Draft-. Late registration is Saturday.  Please be 15 minutes early for registration.

K.    Publicity- The Herald missed an advertisement.  Dynamo should not be charged.  Jeff and Mark will double check.

L.    Referee in Chief- Nothing to report.

M. Risk Management- Nothing to report.

N.   Special Projects-Nothing to report.

Old Business

OAK has submitted a bid for on site athletic trainer.  Their cost will be $750.00 and they will also pay to sponsor a team which brings their bid in $250 less than the second bidder ATI. Jeff motioned to accept OAK’s bid.  John seconded. Passed.

Vernette will send letter to ATI referencing bid.

New Business

New rule changes from SAY.

Dynamo will do the following.

Dynamo will follow the # of players on the field as we have done in the past.

Playable field will be determined by the Referee in Chief or the Board member on duty.

No casts will be allowed on a player.

Dynamo will continue to follow the 30/30 rule for lightning.

Dynamo will not hold the goalies in the 8-9 division to a count.

Players will need to be 2 yards away from the player throwing in on a throw in.

Dynamo will add the rule that no jewelry other than wedding rings may be worn by the referees.

Any coach that is issued a red card must leave the field to their car.
