Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
April 22, 2002 at Barnes and Noble, 6:30 p.m.
Attendance: Kirk Malmer, Tammy
Malmer, Jeff Johnson, Doug Wadley, Ed Smith, Brian Rogers, Marla Krutsinger,

Guests: John Krincek; Gary Dupuis, Midwest Sports and Awards;

One model showed 3 players (gold/silver, M/F) involved in competition for

a plastic base. With an engraved plaque cost would be approximately $2.90. He
expressed interest in bidding on uniforms next year. Ed informed him that we
need 18 colors and on-time delivery.
Special Presentation: USSA Board members discussed the history of
their group, organization of the USSA, the NISL, and the USSA season.
They expressed gratitude for use of the Dynamo fields during their
outdoor seasons.
